Wow he just admitted that he's as much of cancer as those that came before (yes, looking at you Don King) and the mess we see with most of the big promoters now. Andrade saw the benefits of signing with you didn't he.. you sure are making the most of that talent aren't you Eddy?!?!

I've said it before, boxers should not sign for more than 2 fights. Turn your back on any offer where a promoter agrees to title shot only if you sign with them for a few fights. Learn to market yourselves, use agents, social media if needed and create your own market/demand .

Look at the NCAA and the attempt to implement that Rich Paul rule to keep the shady business side going... a smart motivated agent can have as much impact as GBP, Al Haymon, Hearn, Arum etc..

Promoter and networks don't want to play ball, Netflix and others won't mind taking on a few event to jump start their sport venture aspirations.

End of my disjointed I'm at work rant trying to type fast rant lol

Don King was great for Boxing fans. He understood the art of match making and he matched his fighters tough. Bob Arum was the same way, but the game has changed now. It's funny how you call King a cancer yet you leave out Bob Arum. Arum was convicted of bribing judges in Federal Court. If that would've been King they would've nailed his nuts to the wall.

Is that why you didn’t persuade BJS or Smith to fight Canelo? GBP, your rival’s offers, weren’t good enough?
