Mares has no chances. With quick puncher you need to be a technician who can leave oppenent at the end of his jab until it's safe to not just counterattack but attack with intention. Loma can do that and many people actually can at 135 (Haney, Campbell, Pedraza if he goes back to 135 etc). But Mares just isn't that type of a fighter, he tries do the fight and gets KTFO. Period.
