He weighed in at 150 in his last fight, and he says he's going back down to 147 in 2020.

      - -Did Brooksie ever "beat" a top fighter?

All he did against Porter was grab and stink.

He could probably beat some top 10 welterweights. He seems like an idiot. He cries about how it absolutely kills him to make 147. He is rated in the top 4 or higher at 154 by everyone and could easily get a title shot at 154. Instead he talks of fighting at 147 where he says he is so hungry he can't even sleep. That is really ******. I have no sympathy for Brook. He makes such ****** choices of opponents or just doesn't fight at all. If he is going to drain himself and fight at less than his best he should just give Khan everything he wants and cash out fighting Khan. Even a very drained Brook can probably KO Khan. Other than that he should stay at 154 and train hard and fight often and make something good out of his final years as a pro.

Brook should fight Munguia for his 154 title.

Porter just admitted that Brook beat him. He said that Brook beat him easier than Thurman or Spence.
