Can I continue sparring with black eye

I looked around google and was surprised no one asked this. Can I spar in two days ( just sparred a few ppl today and got a black eye) or should I take it easy on the sparring for a week to heal because my eyesight is already crap and I don’t want to unnecessarily damage my eye too much by compounding injuries.
