Wilder struggled badly against a 46yo Ortiz and was easily outboxed by a guy coming out of a 3 year retirement, not exactly hall of fame stuff is it now.

Wilder's not a HoF fighter yet and is at least a few legacy-defining conclusive wins away from it.
His best 2 fights so far have been against; someone the whole world thinks is 50, and he was nearly stopped. And against someone who - though a great fighter - was 3 years removed from high profile fights and was still considered to be on a weight loss programme, and the whole world thought he lost that one.
