Comments Thread For: David Benavidez's Trainer/Dad: We Want Caleb Plant Next

LOS ANGELES Now that he has regained the WBC super middleweight title, David Benavidez can get back to the type of business that awaited him before his ******* ordeal last year. I think they both fight their mandatories before facing each other. Plant isn't really known yet. Gotta build him up a bit.

Plant talks a lot of **** but he more than backs it up. Next to BJS He is the fastest in the division, has better footwork and showing in his last fight has power. Benevidez I like but he leaves himself open all the time for counters which is custom made for Plant

Benavidez is still young, he should take out Yildrim before Caleb Plant. Caleb Plant has skills but benavidez ain't Uzcategeu. Very good matchup but I gotta go with Benavidez.

Plant's conditioning is not that great if you recall with Uzcategui. He gasses in the ladder half of the fight. His last outing with Lee was a circus act that had no business being made. If there ever was a worst fight of the year candidate this would be in that category. Benavidez by KO in 10
