Ugas. Ugas has shown he's at least B-level with all the wins he's racked up the past few years. Ugas had a close fight he probably should've won for the title. Guys like Figueroa are below him at this point. It's a tough fight to return to but if Thurman is still at A-level he should win and command a bigger fight 2nd half of 2020. If Ugas wins, good, his profile has already been raised from the Porter fights and being on a big PPV. Only makes it a more credible fight for all other top Welters.

Dulorme might also be a really good fight.

Terrence Crawford.

If he wants to stay relevant and recapture a belt. Then that is the only fight he can possibly make.

It's already set that Danny G is fighting Spence, if Spence cannot get a fight with Pacquiao. While Pacquiao won't be rematching Keith.

That leaves Crawford as the only inactive champion thus far. Spence and Pacquiao are setting dates. Crawford is idle.

Go get that fight big fella, or he's irrelevant until a vacancy opens.
