Pac vs Thurman had legacy style testing done solely by the state athletic commission. There was no VADA.

How did you miss ESPN asking Pacquiao if he would at least do 15 days of testing before the fight and Top Rank leaning away. The fact that ESPN acknowledged that “hey Pac you and Floyd can do stuff before 15 days, are you still game to make this fight along with 40mil?!”
