    How Spence Handles Crawford's Movement

Porter fights like a midget was outboxing and turning Spence in some segments of the fight.

Pressure fighters usually do well vs fleet footed boxer, but Crawford is a fly slique chocolate.

He'll cut off the ring and go to the body. I do expect Crawford to have success, but 12 rounds is a long time, and Spence will get his s.ch.it off. The real question is, does Crawford have the DURABILITY of a Shawn Porter. Remember, you can win every round and lose the fight if you don't make the final bell...

Agreed I'd like to see Crawford face Thurman

That give us a great idea of Crawford's level

If the midget Gamboa was able to stagger and drop Crawford then there is no question Spence can get him out of there.

Who knows. The only opponent that was able to get to Crawford consistently was Gamboa...who was two weight classes smaller...and was able to hurt Crawford late in the fight...

Don't get me wrong, Crawford has dog in him, but he's a lightweight that moved up to welterweight. Porter is a super middleweight that moved down to welterweight. He grew up sparring that likes of Usyk, for goodness sake.

I highly doubt Crawford is as durable as Porter. I also don't think he has the strength to push Spence off of him. And let's not forget, Crawford hasn't fought any of the top 5 ww's. He may outbox Spence for a majority of the fight, but Spence WILL get to him. He will not be able to trade with Spence like Porter, because he likely won't be able to take what's coming back like Porter.

Crawford my not have the durability of Porter (most don't aside from maybe D. Garcia) but I feel he definitely has more power on his shots, and he definitely has more speed and footwork. He has basically hurt almost everybody he has gone against at least once either to the head or body.

Crawford is also no fool and he isn't going to engage Spence in a firefight unless he has to. People forget that Crawford is content to just dance around the ring if need be and pick his shots.

Spence is a strong guy but if Crawford can tag him cleanly over and over while avoiding the shots then I'm pretty sure Spence will be more than wary of what is coming back his way and that will slow him down. It is the main reason I favor Crawford over Spence.

He's going to handle it by getting smacked all over the ring until his corner tosses in the towel.
