I can't see how Spence got exposed. I expected exactly what happened in that fight to have happened. If you followed boxing, you know Porter is a tough opponent with an ackward style and styles make fight. Heck, Teddy Atlas said Porter would do exactly what he did. Spence had to fight the way he fought.

Going in I had Spence winning by 1 or 2 points. Based on the outcome, I was in the ball park.

Those who are knowledgeable in boxing, knows styles make fight. Porter has an ackward style which was difficult for Spence and that's it.

Regarding the excuses; I don't know if they are excuses or not. Maybe they are. In my opinion it's just smart business, keeping the public waiting and yearning for the fight. It will happen and if both guys are undefeated at that time.....$$$$$$$$$$$$.....lots of it!!
