It was suppose to be Porter the dirty one but Spence bamboozled us. Not only did he lose but he had to low blow and elbow'd Porter benavidez style.

I missed a round or two, but I heard the commentators mention something about low blows. Not surprising, Spence has a tendency to go low. Look at the Brook fight. I always thought, any trainer that's preparing their fighter for Spence should put it through their fighter's head throughout training camp to take the full 5 minutes. Spence hits too hard to take low blows from without a break.

Stop the nonsense Spence was trying to go to the body and Porter kept pushing him down so the punches strayed low a little bit.
None of them were purposely thrown low. To be fair Porter was doing a lot of rough tractors himself. Don’t be a hypocrite

He’s dirty every fight. I said Porter isn’t intentionally dirty(although he did retaliate a bit here). Spence has a habit of aiming for lowblows and rabbit punches though. Lowballed the sht outta Brook too and couldn’t get through Mikey’s defense so wailed on his hips all night. Dunno why he’s allowed to get away with so much. Those types of punches are much more effective than the legal shots to the abdomen.

They both landed low blows. Porter was in no way worse than Spence in this fight. Porter has a rough style but he’s not intentionally dirty. Spence had no problem calling Porter dirty after the fight. I’ll watch it again. But Spence can shut up if he ends being the one who landed the most illegal blows.

I don’t think Spence lost but him getting dirty was very impressive
The only thing that was impressive from the Spence side
At least we know he can fight an eye for an eye
Now if we could just get him to stop coming straight in and some head movement would be great

He was pushing Porter's head down. Reminded me how dirty Ali was when he kept pushing Frazier's head down in the first two fights.

Get a better ref like how ref Carlos Padilla did in Thrilla in Manila.

There were quite a few low blows missed or ignored by the ref. They weren’t all unintentional either...in one of the earlier rounds where porter really tried to put it on Spence, Spence intentionally low blowed to stem the tide imo. Either way, Spence won the fight...he out dogged porter when he needed to in spots, and the kd sealed it.

I can't say I feel bad for Shawn. You make a career of fighting like that and people are going to come in prepared to serve it to you.
