    As a Spence fan...

If he fights Danny Garcia next, he's ducking Terence Crawford. I was okay with a Pacquiao fight, because he has a belt, is the biggest payday, would turn Spence into a superstar, and could be retiring any day now, which means you can't risk waiting.

I'll go one step further, Terence Crawford's birthday was...September 28. He's 32 years old now. Small guys tend to age faster do to a reliance on athleticism. If they don't fight by the time he's 33 it don't count. At that age, I suspect Crawford will no longer be in his physical prime.

It's gonna be hard enough on Spence fans, defending robbery/exposed claims the coming months. Yall can go ahead and defend him fighting Danny Garcia if you want to. Not me.

Well said.. Arum is in no hurry putting Bud in with a top ranked welterweight. I don't think that will change anytime soon.

Who knows? I do know, Terence Crawford at least says he wants to fight Spence. I always thought Spence/Haymon had a plan...

        1. Porter
        2. Pacquiao (assuming Pac would take the fight)
        3. Crawford

With Danny Garcia jumping into the equation it seems I was giving Spence/Haymon too much credit. I'm not one of those guys who are quick to accuse a fighter of ducking. I had no problem with the Porter, Pacquiao, Crawford wait. There's a method behind it.

Could Arum be keeping Crawford away from Spence? It's possible. A lot of things are possible. But I'm not calling anyone a ducker unless I have REASON to. That's the difference.

I think the plan is to wait for crawford to decline a bit.. it’s simple as that. That’s the haymon formula.

Their biggest excuse is what “they don’t do business with arum?” Lmaooo.

Been hearing that from floyd and haymon for straight 6 years and then when pac planked and could no longer KO algerias of the world. “working with arum” was suddenly easy thing to do.
