They won't if they can't get the pot of money upwards of $100M. Too much at risk for both sides.

      • I didn’t like Spence’s fight plan. I think he wins easily, keeping Porter on the outside with a stiff jab and moving to the inside on his terms. Spence was too determined to get the knockout. Plus, He seems to care about making crowd-pleasing fights. *****, I’m good with that! Risky though! I think he’s smart enough to know who he can do that with. The fight vs Crawford will be a chess match.

I also I wonder if Danny has the power and physicality to discourage a stalking Spence. It would be a good close scrap.
It honestly just depends on which Garcia we get. If it's the same Garcia we got vs Thurman/Porter he probably loses a close scrap. If it's a more motivated n aggressive Garcia not afraid to let his hand go with nothing to lose, I think he could possibly beat or at least hurt the version of Spence we seen last night.

Spence need to stop using the same sparring partners and focus on improving in areas like countering and defense. Porter was able to hit him with 4-5-6 punch combinations at times. Can't believe Spence really thinks he could move up and beat Canelo man Canelo would kill Spence lol.

I think with the right nutrition and better in between fights habits Spence can stay at 147 for a few more years. He is 29 so he is starting his 30 year old metabolism slow down, but he is a slender framed guy so I think he can hold off genetics.

            • I don’t exactly think Spence got exposed like people are saying but the best way to put it is that he’s not levels about the rest like others have originally thought. He appears to be on the same skill level as Thurman, Porter & Garcia. In my opinion right this minute Pacquiao is #1 at welterweight. It’s too difficult to say where Crawford is right now skills wise compared with the rest due to not getting the bigger fights.

I have questions about Spence's stamina at 147 and as time goes on the worse it'll get he's either overtraining a bit in that Texas heat or 147 is starting to slowly takes it's toll on his body, possibly both. He just seems lackadaisical at times and you see that 1000 punch BS went out the window when facing top talent at 147. I don't think he could keep a true Welterweight on the outside for 12 rounds, that's not really he style either he's really more of a come forward up close in your face type fighter like he said himself.

So you want a counter hook guy to become aggressive and be first against the stronger body snatcher Spence? It could work but it puts Danny in a dangerous spot in potential clinches. I don't see it as Danny wasn't aggressive versus Thurman and Porter for a reason.

Don't know that Canelo kills Spence but he definitely wins. In my view, losing to Canelo is a win win. You still get the big check and Spences would be huge with the fight in Dallas.

I don't know what he does, but I know he's dropping at least 20 to make 147! That's going to catch up with him sooner or later! I just don't know what Boots can do to get there faster! He's 23-0 w/ 21 KOs, and he's still on these BS fights! I would like to see him fight Josesito Lopez, Sergey Lipinets, or Jamal James early 2020!
