(PPV) "Who shall be the heir apparent [to Floyd Mayweather]?"

Basically, they portray Manny beneath Floyd and showed an entire showcase about Floyd's legacy. A LOT of people had to be pissed seeing that. But it is PBC (Pretty Boy Channel).

I love floyd. But nahhhh, he wasn’t exactly viewed like a king when he was on top on his prime. He was hated, disrespected and accused of ducking among many things every interview and wherever he goes.

I followed his entire career and it was an amazing ride but boy they were many times it was hard being a fan.

Everyday here on NSB they were like 10 threads of Floyd mayweather hate thread, funny how things changed when he beat Manny, eventhough it was 6 years too late, it changed almost everyone’s view on Floyd.

Suddenly it’s “i told you, it was his plan all along.. to increase the money for the fight that’s why they marinating it”

When before it was “you ducker, waiting for manny to get old”

Imagine you have this youtube vids issue of him being shook to Margarito going around during his prime.. it wasn’t really king material, and to those who have been here long enough knows it...

But that's no surprise. To be heir apparent to Floyd, you have to be with Haymon like he eventually was.

I don't think heir apparents really happen in boxing. I've seen it too many times. I thought Marco Antonio Barrera would be the heir apparent to Julio Cesar Chavez, Sr. However, I don't think he was. Very different careers and I don't recall Barrera ever being considered the best in the world. Erik Morales wasn't the heir apparent either.

Each fighter is different and unique and won't just copy what the last top guy did. It doesn't work that way. I'm glad, too. It would be a very boring sport if it did happen that way. Too predicatble. In this age, no one is going to be great until they fight who the fans want them to fight anyway.
