Every time I hear Spence couldn’t stop Garcia so he can’t stop Porter is the dumbest argument in boxing. Each fight is different. And it’s totally disrespectful to Mikey Garcia who I believe knows how to defend himself in different spots during a fight to endure punishment, roll with punches, take enough shots and then get out the way, and was determined to see the final round. And his corner was talking about stopping the fight anyway. Garcia is tough and technically sound.

I remember when Hagler fought Leonard and Duran and he couldn’t stop either of them, no one said anything. Or when Manny was coming up in weight classes and Cotto, Mosley, Oscar, and others couldn’t stop him. No one said anything. Or when other great fighters historically couldn’t stop smaller fighters coming up. It’s the fight game, each fight takes on a life of its own.

It’s all click bait. One person says it, then everyone follows suit. So the same guy that stopped Kell Brook, Algieri, Peterson, and Vargas, true welterweights, all of a sudden can’t punch, can’t knock anyone out. Stop it, you sound really ******!
