While this is clearly meant as an insult, it's not like it's entirely disadvantageous to Porter. It does often work against him because he has a tendency to smother his own work but at the same time it makes him a real handful to deal with. Even in the fights Porter's lost his opponents have looked very uncomfortable and I honestly expect the same in this fight unless Spence lands something big early.
