Gafur Rakhimov (Russian: Гафур-Арсланбек Ахмедович Рахи́мов) (born July 22, 1951) is an Uzbek businessman and sports administrator who is the President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA).[1] He has been Vice President of AIBA since 1998.[2]

His critics claim he has ties with organised crime, though no proof has been provided. naaa you only need to look at them ,the steppe people look like a super strong version of euros and their asian counterpart .
i think caucasians (chechens and dagestanis )are even ahead of russians kazaks and uzbeck and if they would take boxing more seriously with only 5 million population could win every medal and champinoship imaginable .
