I have to disagree with you my friend. I think Bivol is a damn good fighter with a damn good record and underrated, not overrated. He beat top contender Barrera in a much better way than Ward beat Barrera. He won every round easly and knocked Barrera out cold in the final round. He is an excellent boxer and a good puncher and his fights are never close. He always wins by many points or wins by KO and he rarely loses any rounds. He easily beat Smith who KOed Hopkins and Pascal just beat Browne. I'll bet on him to beat anyone at 168 or 175. He can easily make 168 and says it's his best weight.

Fast accurate hands, good foot work, a good variety of hard punches and combinations and a good defense. What is not to like about Bivol?

If Canelo was overrated he would have been dominated by other boxers then Floyd by now right?

I'd like to see him against the Gvozdyk/Beterbiev winner.

lol Bivol is unknown outside of hardcore boxing circles, to compare him to the hype machine Canelo is beyond absurd. Bivol is a solid boxer, but lacks the killer instinct, even when he completely outclasses his opponent, he still plays it safe and carries it to a UD.

Bivol has spent his entire pro career fighting in a weight class above his natural weight, fighting bigger, stronger fighters each time he steps into the ring.

I’d say that makes him the complete opposite of Canelo.
