Much of PBC noise is by design so I wouldn’t be surprised if this is all Haymon coordination. It’s obvious Haymon is banking that people remember that Haymon helped out Leo’s dad with stints of cancer, which is the main reason Leo named his called Al.

Realistically Leo and Gary are buds behind the scenes, just like all the PBC sit down shows on Fox where it somewhat seems guys are out of character. It’s the PBC family formula.

Look at the way PBC treats Crawford and others whom interfere with internal business. I wouldn’t be surprised if Haymon advised Frampton and Leo to steer away from any Rigondeaux exposure before. Again, just like be 147 Welters when asked about Crawford, for a while.

Maybe not a punk, but He's a conformist, just in there for easiest money possible - which is understandable - but I lost interest in his career long time ago. No legacy, typical Haymon-era product.. Is now supposedly 3 division "champion" and didn't fight the best in any of the weight-classes...
Story of his career is He's out for 6 months... so He needs a tune-up, then takes decent fight - but not THE FIGHT to take... then is 6 months off, so He needs a tune-up... and so on, and so on.

He's 31 years old.. nearly 8 years now on world level - and only 2 legimate fighters He fought was Mares, past his prime as well - and Frampton, who also was never considered elite.. Both of them twice.

Crawford makes good money. Crawford was never on record to saying he wanted to be Undisputed 147. When Crawford has enough he acknowledged a fight with Spence and they confronted each other. GRJ ain’t seen any action with money since Loma. It’s normal for him to call out names when many other boxers are making bank. No need to sensationalize it. Of course Leo is comfortable, but we need to give benefit of doubt for his comfort zone with Al Haymon with a sudden GRJ knocking on financial doors as GGG did with Canelo. These industry vibes move around and people take notice just like the boxers.
