Look at his Fielding or Kovalev bouts and he’s filled at the scales whereas his opponents are drained. That comparison alone proves myths and lies about him. Lately though he looks a good size 185lbs. That’s today as imo his 160 days are passed, that’s if he wants to drain...for 168 he just needs to cut to 175lbs and do less than 10lbs of water here forward.

And Canelo’s age and weight they won’t be able to do heavy drains anymore. Heavy drains past 30 starts to take tolls on the body, resistance. I see Canelo fighting at 168 here forward. He COULD do 160, but that power won’t be as effective like at 168-175
He is a stocky guy. I just think he’s taken the Clen, not saying he’s taken any anabolics/androgens. I wish he got on the fight night scales. Fans would love that. They made so much fuss about him not being big enough to fight GGG but he refused to get on the fight night scale. Then he jumped up 168 and 175, never showing his in ring weight. I know that’s part of protecting his brand and serves him in a lot of ways, but I still wish a guy like him would do it to make it become the norm. Show that fighters shouldn’t have anything to hide. Be transparent. It’d take nerve. But it would be appreciated and respected. I think if a fighter makes weight they can come in whatever they want on fight night. I mean we have HWs wearing tshirts and trackpants and sombreros on the scale, which is ridiculous when fights are being bet on. What a joke. Fans deserve more. Just get on the scale. They take punches for a living but are too scared to show their actual weights.

You sound like a casual. The MINIMUM AVERGE drain is 10lbs. That’s the minimum. Most guys do 15lbs. The “weight bullies” or rather the “undisciplined” cheaters do 20lbs+ which isn’t uncommon in UFC and many NEW BOXING PROSPECTS whom choose to campaign at very low weights.

Again, Canelo is filled at 168-175 scales. That’s not theory. That’s the eye test. Loook how anorexic Brook and Spence looked at their weigh in. Those guys cutting a MINIMUM of 15lbs of water.

For any theory about Clen in Canelo’s body, assuming years of use he’d have residual nano traces all the time. The fact of the matter is he’s a gym rat and doesn’t over eat like most boxers who blow up between fights.

Canelo is just stocky like most NFL players. NFL players are more ripped and swole because they left weights. You can see those things in biceps and pecks. Canelo like most Mexican boxers don’t lift weights.

Canelo doesn’t need to show in ring weight. The eye test is there. I hit gym, have for years. Me and the mates look at scales all the time. We also know what it looks like to drain water. Canelo isn’t draining at all at 168-175. He’s about 7-5lbs respectively. Look at Arthur Abraham at 168. That guy was way bigger than Canelo. Meaning Abraham would drain at 168.

All people have to do is get on the scale on fight night then nobody has to speculate, that’s my point. Fans would love it, wouldn’t you? I know Canelo doesn’t “HAVE” to anything, he’s The Pope, but I’d love to have known what he ( or any fighter ) weighed in on the night for every fight. Gives us a tangible number to measure against their precedent. Like I wrote I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being heavier than ur opponent on fight night, as long as u made weight prior. That’s part of the game. I think weight is overrated anyway, but maybe we would have a better picture if we got all the numbers? What works for one fighter doesn’t mean it’s universal for others either. I think it’s awesome that Canelo has been able to move up and be successful. He’s also usually going to be the shorter guy in there, makes it even more impressive. Canelos team also used to say that ggg was too big, and wanted a catch weight back in the day. Thankfully that never happened, but wouldn’t it have been nice to find out what they eventually both weighed in ring when it finally happened? Or have weights to compare to rematches? I don’t think he put on much weight vs Kovakev either, but wouldn’t u like to know? And then know what say someone like Beterbiev weighs in at too? I know all the reasons why people don’t get on the scale, but I’m just interested.
I know people love to call people “casuals” on here but it’s not sum original comment, just used to cause fights. I’ve followed boxing religiously since I was a kid. I know my way around almost every PED made, even the actual Mexican pharmaceutical brand Clen Spiropent. I know my way around a weight cut, natural or even on the most powerful and dangerous drugs like Lasix. So I have practical knowledge of just what’s capable with dehydration and rehydration at its most extremes. I’m a fan of Canelo, followed his career since he was just coming on the scene. I will honestly say I find it very hard to be sure of anybody being on anything. I cry over fighters taking IV’s, Clen, PEDS, Diuretics. There’s millions at stake. All the people who have never taken them are the ones that tell everyone how great they make u which only promotes them more. I like fighters making weight, other than that I couldn’t really care what else they do.
