Everyone knows Canelo camped GGG out as long as he could and killed himself to make 155lbs. He has been a true MW for over 5 years now.

Like for real. Dude was fighting as a MW for 3/8/14 to 9/16/17 at 155lbs because dude didnt want to fight GGG at 160 and couldnt make 154 anymore.

He waited GGG out for more than 3 years trying to build his resume picking on men smaller than himself. After being that he gets embarrassed by GGG in a fight no one thought he won.

Then he makes GGG wait another full year before he fights him again. Then when he cant the 3rd fight because GGG said no to Vegas because he knows he cant win unless it's in vegas.

So taking a risk to move up to 175 for Kovalev? Please. Kovalev is the same age as GGG but unlike GGG hasnt aged well and literally is on the doorstep of retirement. This is a cash our fight for Kovalev and everyone knows it. Dude was ready to retire if he lost against unkown Yarde and almost got KTFO. Kovalev is just lucky Yarde didnt have a gas tank.

I'm 5'7 with a 72 inch reach and weigh 190+

I'm sure with his team he can cut the weight no problem. A few years ago ESPN documented Cris Cyborg cutting weight for a 140lb match. Guess how much she weighed when she started to cut? 170lbs.

Crawford and Mikey Garcia also both have said they weigh 170+ when not in camp.

I'm just saying he's not a small middleweight. Im.not comparing him to guys like Kovalev who are definitely bigger guys. I bet Charlo and Andrade probably walk around in the 180's for sure. None of these dudes are like Manny and Floyd walking around close to what they fight at. That's why they deserve a ton of credit, they fight where they belong, not kill themselves to have any little advantage possible.
