Exactly! Terence knew where all the good WWs were fighting, and he chose to re-up with TR! Why? Terence never fought Pacquiao while at TR! Why? Mikey had better opponents at 140 than Crawford! Why? Oscar, Floyd, Cotto, Mikey, and Manny, all left Arum, started their own promotions, got major paper, and Bud decided to stay! Why? He has Warren Buffet on speed dial, but you can't figure out how to promote yourself, or build a team? Why?

this is what puzzled me... you would think that when TC re-signed, he had to demand on the new contract that it comes with a guarantee pacquiao fight. why else would he re-sign if he didnt demand for this???!! tim bradley did this and look how much he has made just fighting pac alone.

I'm almost anxious to see Spence's performance against Porter because to me even though he threw 1000 punches or whatever he still looked a bit drained vs Garcia, all those punches really weren't that hard and he looked kinda slow in there.

He's probably beginning to overstay his welcome at 147 at this point. Looking at recent photos and video of him in camp he looks emaciated, given the fact that he's close to 30 years old and almost 5'10 with his build he can't be 100% fighting at 147, to which he already admitted he's not.

TR don't work like that, they don't just let their cash cows up an leave. If you have 1 fight left on your contract with them then either you resign or they will sit you and let you rot before giving you that last fight and you will have to take them to court which would likely take years to resolve.

TC is already 31 almost 32 now so he doesn't have time for that, plus TR guaranteed him like 4 million per fight something like that so I guess he was cool with that. In the end TR and PBC will be working together either way, not because they want to but because they have to in order to make the best fights happen like Wilder vs Fury.

Bob said him and Haymon have already sat down and talked and TC and Spence should be fighting sometime in 2020

Same convenient excuse to avoid Crawford from a guy with a cult like affection for a promotion company.

That puzzled me too, and so did this:

Arum: Pacquiao Rejected Crawford Over 140 Weight Demand

              August 16, 2016:

According to Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, the main motivation for Manny Pacquiao's decision to select Jessie Vargas over Terence Crawford was the weight.

Crawford, following last month's victory over Viktor Postol to unify the WBC/WBO junior welterweight titles, made it clear that Pacquiao would have to moved down in weight to face him at 140-pounds.

Arum says Pacquiao had concerns with making that weight limit and elected to fight at 147-pounds against Vargas, who holds the World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight championship...

“Manny can fight anyone, but he chose Vargas because that’s what he wanted and that’s the best for him. He doesn’t want to go down at 140. Maybe someday he will face Crawford.”

Why move up for Horn, but not for Pacquiao? Why re-sign and not demand Pacquiao? Who did he think he was going to fight? Even though Roach always said Pac would be best at 140, for that bag, you go wherever he wants it, unless you have a better option! Horn was not the better option!

If Errol wins on Saturday, there's no way in hell he's fighting Crawford on ESPN! Crawford would have to come to FOX! Does he think Arum would allow that? Did he not see how the whole May vs. Pac thing played out?

But none of that explains why Spence is ducking Crawford.

Fury/Wilder can do it then so can Spence and Crawford...fact.

I'm not trying to offend anyone but Spence, PBC and you seem to spit out excuses like a PEZ dispenser....

Horn, Benavidez, Khan, and Kavaliauskas! That's after fighting Postol, Diaz, Molina, and Indongo @ 140! Great talent, wasted career! Damn shame!

No excuses, just facts! Warren let Fury fight Wilder on a PBC card! Will Arum do the same?
