Joppy would beat Canelo and Golovkin. He would be a top P4P fighter if he fought in this era.

I agree with this post. Stopping a 47 year old Roberto Duran and that guy from The Contender, along with his MD over Howard Eastman are the things that true all-time great legends are made of.

I find it offensive and unfathomable that Joppy is not in the HOF.

Tito lost with ATG's... not an easy task for anyone.

He also challenged ATGs by moving up to their weight class. This welterweight animal challenged Roy jones at 170ish and lived to tell about about it. Its like Floyd challenging Andre Ward. Floyd did even want to go 160. I don’t blame him at all. His 0 would have disappeared. Just like titos. Does that make Tito a bad fighter? Nah. It just puts Trinidad higher on the totum poll when it comes to ATGs.
