Cant take a punch? he fought the hardest puncher in the division and if not for some terrible judges would already have a victory over him. He cant take a punch yet got up from Wilder's clean shots, what are you smoking?

I think what people are confusing is that Fury cannot take a punch but he has punch resistance. - This is not a contradiction.


He gets dropped and caught quite often and hurt. However he doesn't get hurt/dropped bad enough to be stopped.

So he cannot take a punch as a clean short will drop/hurt him. But he has good punch resistance as his record shows given he has never been stopped.

AJ is prime example of this - They are 'glass jawed' but have good punch resistance.... - After the Ruiz fight you can't say AJ doesn't have good punch resistance, he was getting tagged from rounds 3 -7 hard and often.
