I’m convinced that the people who want to see the sport driven to low exposure apps arnt really fans and don’t want to see the sport grown in any capacity that doesn’t fit into their social/world view....ie if the person in charge isn’t from their group or the product doesn’t specifically cater to them or their group.
Good post though, satirically presenting the illogical is of the ultimate logical reckoning.

DAZN model is better for consumers, anyone denying that is being a fanboy. 99$ for 12 months of fights, or 75$ for one fight that could end up being easy work for Spence? Not a tough choice.
Intersting thing about dazn is that murkowski has said that the contracts and purses will no longer be inflated. Gone are the days of dazn paying millions over market value. Along with the reworking of the monthly and yearly subscriptions, the vanishing of the free month, it all leads to one road....and that road is of spending in the red. That is not a sustainable business model. And the reality is if they were not able to attract both PBC and Top Rank talent with large inflated contracts and purses how then will they do it without?

They must have hit an internal target number for subscribers, most of those subscribers will stick around because I believe a large portion of them signed on for Canelo, and he's locked in for 9 additional fights. They realized paying huge amounts for fights like Hooker Vs. Ramirez are bad investments and they've adjusted accordingly. I expect them to keep trying to poach the bigger draws in the sport.

Going to watch this card at the movies. I really like seeing them on the big screen. If you haven't done it before you should definitely give it a try.
