Why doesn’t Canelo ever give rematches when he wins controversially?

Lara should have gotten a rematch, Trout should have gotten a rematch. Hell, he got a gift tie against Golovkin and didn't want to give him a rematch either.

Lara’s fight was boring because he fought by moving backwards the whole fight. Nobody (fans) was asking for a rematch.

GGG had his rematchwhen he got a gift draw - he lost the rematch and now wants another? No thanks

This is a fair point tbf...

One thing I’ll actually give Floyd credit for was he rematched Castillo and Maidana immediately.

roidelo had a draw on 1 scorecard vs g-ayfeather why would he want a rematch? In the delusional world of braindead roidnelo fans isn't that enough?

I can’t stand Floyd but the 2lbs catchweight excuse is weak AF IMO.

Canelo was still fighting at 154 3 years later. And by 2016 he’d definitely filled out and had a far bigger frame than 2013.

He got comprehensively outboxed by a far more skilled and far more experienced fighter, people need to just accept that.

Canelo imo beat GGG clearly in their second fight
And to be honest , I wouldn’t want to see a third fight , thinking Canelo will most likely dominate a third fight
Now that Lara has changed his style drastically that rematch would tickle my fancy
I’m thinking Lara is much more worthy for a rematch than fughin GGG

Trout clearly lost anyone denying that YDKSAB, Lara was on his bicycle for 12 rounds landing pitty pat jabs, Canelo clearly landed all the meaningful power punches in that fight- clear victory, GGG got his fake broken in that 2nd fight, this is a fact he had to go to Siberia for 9 months to recover!

The hate for Canelo will reach Floyd Mayweather level soon catapulting his stardom to the next level. In 20 years when someone mentions boxing, one of the first names that will come to everyone's mind will be Saul "Canelo" Alvarez.

Have you ever boxed No 2 pounds can break you why do you think Floyd didn’t make the 144 pounds for Marquez he knows you can be weakened and perform with no legs

I have boxed, and two pounds is not that serious. Especially if you can still make 154 3 years later.

Based on factual evidence, the 2lbs didn’t have a huge impact on Canelo either or at least his stamina and output.

                      Punches thrown:
                      Vs Trout- 431
                      Vs Mayweather 526
                      Vs Lara- 415

Even in his latest fight against Jacobs he threw 466.

The evidence speaks for itself... Canelo lost to a far better fighter and people need to stop looking for excuses and just accept it.
