Height wise no. Weight wise yes. You keep trying to make Canelo into a small middleweight and he was a long time ago. He has grown much heavier. He weighed in at near top weight for Fielding looking rock hard and lean. He probably cannot make 160 comfortably now. Why else would he not fight a middleweight in September but only a light heavyweight in November. I doubt we ever see Canelo fight at the 160 limit again win, lose or draw with Kovalev. I think Canelo will weigh in for Kovalev at or very close to 175 making him just as heavy as anyone Kovalev ever fought. Wait and see.

Now there's one kid couldda been an absolute monster if he'd been given the opportunities and grooming a dude like Canelo had, full camps and a proper trainer, stead of promoting himself and taking short notice fights against every top prospect over 4 divisions.

They both felt pain. They are top level boxers who went two full length fights. GGG was old. Nobody denied that. He was slower than he was 5 years ago. I did not say GGG was shot. But what's your point with all this?
