That’s absolute bullshet. Many of us know what Oscar and Bhop did in the ring, and for whatever you guys think that the company men just promote to sell are dead wrong. Both Oscar and Bhop are passionate and respectful when specifically talking about Canelo. Bhop and Oscar don’t have egos as they at times praise Canelo over them. That’s real team. Unlike Floyd who would say some optimistic things for Davis. Yeah let that sink in for what real men back each other.

And, Canelo wasn’t bred into boxing like Floyd was looking at his father or uncles as a toddler. Buddy McGirt and industry, late, are really seeing what the Reynosos have accomplished. The Reynoso fam are the next gen Beristain.

Canelo transcends the Mexican cliche style because somehow Canelo or the Reynoso’s felt the North American style was beneficial. Canelo continues the best generation of Mexican body punching. From chavez to Marquez to Canelo. There’s a finesse how Mexicans attack the body in counterpunching.

Floyd shows skills in not fighting Cotto or Canelo for their Middleweight Lineal belts. Floyd’s power could disrupt any network plan if he really wanted those fights. Fans are still naive about weight calibration.

Floyd was scared with Marquez. The fine was nothing since Floyd had a lot of money

                Sure.
Problem is, some of his best wins are very controversial. And, he's got a loss in which he was completely clowned. That's a lot to overcome if you want to beat Mayweather status.
But, he's still young and it's possible.

Not as far as consensus goes - Mayweather schooled him which will always be the difference, no matter what Canelo does.

Not skill or accomplishments, but MAYBE money. He is still young and started making big money earlier so maybe.

People are too quick to forgive Canelo for being a drug cheat. No matter what he accomplishes moving forward, that's always going to overshadow his legacy. When he's moving up and down between weights, we'll know he's using "tainted meat" to do it. That and the fact that he won't rematch 97G despite unofficially losing the first fight.

And in terms of skill? He'll never be on Floyd's level. It's not even close.
