Former Mike Tyson promoter Chris Webb says his company now owns an intellectual property and patent on a technology that will give fight fans the ability to text in from their cell phones to score the fights. "I am truly excited that my company will be able to give the average person a voice," stated Webb. "I also believe the judges will subconsciously be more careful in scoring a round if they know that millions of people will be scoring the round with them." Webb says the technology is ready now for networks or promoters wishing to implement text paging to their event.
