So what I’m saying is if you take Jacobs and Alvarez out of his resume his resume is full with nothing but cans. And Alvarez resume is still better than his.
He wanted to fight Cotto because Cotto got a MW title. Don't win a title in a weight class and not expect to get called out. Golovkin never mentioned him before that.

What you can't say about Kovalev is that he isn't still a top LHW. He still presents a risk as he is big and is an excellent boxer who has only lost to two guys one of which is an ATG.

Pointing Kov losses or betting odds 3 months before the fight doesn't make this less of a good fight.

Kovalev is not the number 1 at 175. The other 3 champs are all young and undefeated while Kovalev is ol and has lost 3 of his last 7 fights, two by KO. Canelo is a 4 to 1 favorite to beat Kovalev while GGG is a 3 to 1 favorite to beat Dervy so who is the risk taker? Is Canelo really moving up two weight classes? If he never fights at 160 again because he can no longer make that weight then how much weight is he really going up?
Uhhhh you may not been following Canelo/Dervy situation. There were multiple articles on this very website stating that DAZN would not allow Canelo to fight Dervy because he did not "qualify". In addition, there were articles of Canelo being upset with GoldenBoy for not informing him about the negotiations with Dervy. I know you think Canelo is cherry picking Kovalev( which in itself is weird because how do you cherry pick a champion?) But be honest with yourself, who is more dangerous Dervy or Kovalev?

            Canelo doesn’t need BBB side.
His belts, 0, and legacy already reside on the Cash Cow’s mantle.
BBB side just wants to cash himself out before he gets beat by someone else for less money.

He was KO’d by Ward?? No his nuts were KO’d. And E. Alvarez is a SERIOUS challenge for all LHW’s you ignoring him and Kov tells me you a JOKE. Again either one of this inexperienced champs your sucking their balls in fights these two I’ll gladly take your money.

So what is the guarantee that Canelo can do what an ATG and two big LHWs did? Wasn't Navarette supposed to lose to Dogboe, Ruiz to Joshua, Cancio to Machado, Tarver to Jones, Forrest to Mosely. Styles and match ups make fights not records and previous results.

Funny thing is...Kov was bent over at the waist before the only shot that had to be slow motioned to see that it was partially low landed. The right hand was real...the initial body shots were too.
