Santa Cruz and Garcia are already pretty accomplished, so if they retired next year they would have had a solid career with very good earnings. The other guys you mentioned I agree with, they leave a lot to be desired.

Take a look at Mike Tyson Sugar Ray Leonard as Prospects they fought like every two months today these guys fight 1 or 2 times a year take a look at Joesph Diaz the guy has been boxing 7 years and still not Champ

Promoters signing up a lot of fighters but realistically don't have the budget to keep all of them happy so every promoter have disgruntle fighters who are not happy and feel their not getting enough money, enough fights or enough attention
