you can do it manually or by clicking the little yellow square when youve highlighted the url for the picture.

then just put the text underneath

ok, all you need to do is upload your image to your *********** account
which by now you should have. then just use the yellow button when
youve highlighted the url you copied and pasted into your post.simple
