To clarify: the question was posed as to Davison's performance on SATURDAY night, in the corner, not as a trainer overall.

He had a man with an eye vagina, and kept that tampax in, and the man focused.

His best knockout was an illegal punch to Cunninham years ago .

Not delusional about anything hes planting more and using more leverage in his shots now. He hit Wallin with two really hard straight rights in this one and an uppercut on the inside but Wallin has a good chin .

That came off as ruder than I meant it to sound, sorry.

I just find a lot of Fat Yankistanians tend to comment on overseas fighters from only their own perspective... Fury used to "fight" more in his early career, and so had more of a dig. Against, admittedly, lower opposition.

The Fury/Davison dynamic according to Fury has much less to do about boxing then it has to do with Davison's ability to keep Fury on the straight and narrow. Fury moved Davison into his house to make sure he keeps his diet and weight on track and off of drugs. They get along well and Tyson has trust in him. He however does not feel he needs him to teach him how to box nor rely on him for that. He credits Davison for getting him back in fighting shape both mentally and physically.

Tyson had an off night Saturday. He still managed to win an UD regardless of everything (cut and all). But obviously he was not his usual self slipping punches and energy-wise. Let's see what they take away from the experience.
