When fury was coming up vs McDermott etc, i’d never believed he could be elite, let alone considered by many the best. He’s earned it. He got cut badly. He had stamina late in the fight while the opponent gassed. Dad Fury is spouting some serious sour g****s in public

Wallin is technically a much better boxer then wilder and was a southoaw. Therefore this fight shouldnt be judged against how well Fury would do against Wilder in rematch.

I think big John's real concern is that Tyson has fallen in love with Ben. Being quite a religious man...it goes against his principles. I think at some point Fury senior is going to call his son out for a carpark fight to decide who is the real gypsy king.

I'm not sold on Ben's contributions at a boxing-level, I feel that Fury's ring IQ is sufficient enough and that Ben is really just there to provide reassurance. More like a sidekick than a trainer, I dunno

1st off, john fury may be a lot of things, but he knows his son. And if he didn't like what he saw, it's because he knows what his son is capable of. If my son wasn't listening to me and was instead, giving paydays no one deserves more than me to some inexperienced punk kid who isn't improving him in anyway, and getting him huge cuts over his eyes, i'd be pissed, too. And to say john fury wouldn't gouge ben davidson's f..... beady eyes out is an understatement

Haha! I remember reading a boxingscene article in which Tyson said he did not study Otto Wallin.

I wonder if Ben prepared Tyson for a southpaw, you can see how that left hand that caused the cut troubled Tyson from the beginning, starting with a cut in round one, up to the final round when it landed clean putting Fury on *****-street.

Time for Freddie Roach to slide in there and let young Ben learn how to train. Tyson himself said that Ben won’t show him anything new. Ben is just there for his mental sanity.

Yeah. He reached his ceiling under his uncle Peter. there was no offense.

But Davison is so young, and has no reputation. I don't doubt he has potential, but this ain't Ray Arcel or Angelo Dundee in Fury's corner.

Yeah. He might be picking up on something. Why did this guy give Tyson so much trouble?

Ben might be a good fit psychologically, but tyson needs new clubs in his bag.

We're looking at the guy who could be the greatest HEavyweight of all time.
