If so, why wasn't the fight stopped to protect his long term health?
Was Fury's cut as bad as Vitali Klitschko's?

It wasn't far off being as bad. There could be few complaints had it been stopped, I hear it requires plastic surgery so it's clearly a bad one.
That's boxing for you though, when there a big money match up around the corner or the star has alot to lose it's surprising how lenient or shifty things can quickly turn, wilder getting extra time to recover v Ortiz, Joshua being allowed to fight on while concussed and fury allowed to continue with that cut. Its just how this sport works and it don't matter which promoter is running the show. Been happening for a long long time.Comment

Vitalis cut looked worse but blood wasn't going into the eye. Fury had two cuts and couldn't see bbecuase of blood going directly into it.
Very simple answer ,is yes ,the fury cut was worse but people shouldn't complain ,its a fight and Wallin almost won but came up short.
I don't wan't to hear Ortiz is the best southpaw and at least that notion can be officially debunked with an actual fight to prove it once and for all.Comment

I think* the Vitali cut was abit worss, I remember watching a video before where the ref. Explained why he stopped the fight, Vitali had 2 cuts - similar to Fury yesterday, but he mentions that the eye-lid on Vitali was droopy - he couldn't open his eye-lid to see out- he had to tilt his head back to see out of it, that's basically the just of what I remember, if I can find the video il link itComment
, except he doesn't have a championship belt.
