I don't think that there is a fee for these "commemorative belts." from what I understand (and WBC is actually pretty good about answering peoples questions) these are basically trophies/medals/trinkets for a special event, and nothing more. They use a belt just because it's a recognized symbol, but they mean nothing.

Also, the WBC made this belt a few months back for tonight thinking that Canelo was fighting. When Canelo decided that he didn't want to, the WBC had a fan poll on what fight the belt should go to. They ended up making two belts, one for this fight and one for the Munguia fight.
