the video is from july but vada updated canelos info on august, this is why i use donaire as an example, look at the date his info was updated, him and canelo are year round , they dont have to update their info every month as long as they are still on the list...
why will vada have those guys on their list if they are already out ??

canelo is on vadas list which was updated last month ... did anybody ever anounces every time nonito begins a new year ? vada itself never updates that, they will just show a completion after every year...
is easy, you go check on vadas list of fighters and there you will find those who are in the program...

I not doubting what you are saying about how VADA keeps their records but Montero seemed confident. He did say he spoke to VADA then he went on to say Canelo isn't enrolled.

Yeah it's a bit fuzzy. Is it possible he dropped it for a few months then signed up again so when the August list was posted then he was on it.
