Why does Eddie Hearn like talking about other promoter's boxers?

I know Arum and Frank Warren do it a bit, but Hearn goes overboard with that crap. It's just annoying now.

This is the same idiot the put so much pressure on AJ before the Ruiz fight and tried to build the fight on some dead colonial nonsense with "British Invasion". Then up the ante a week before the fight by saying AJ has to outdo what Wilder did against a punching bag in Breazeale - when he picked the worst style match-up boxer for the guy to fight with enormous pressure on his shoulders. Coupled with how he knows the guy wasn't right for the fight but still forced it.

He did the Saudi Arabia press thing last week and said no questions about Fury/Wilder and the focus is on Ruiz, so his boxer can stay focused. However, all week, this scumbag has been talking about Fury and Wilder. What the fu..ck is wrong with this guy? He's the primary reason why there's so much pressure on his boxer and his mouth goes everywhere writing cheques he can't cash.

I hope one of these boxers punch him in the mouth one of these days. And Josh would be an idiot to stay with Matchroom after the Ruiz fight. He needs to buy himself out of that promotional contract and do his own thing. This greedy idiot will end up destroying his career.

I thought you had a source/contact saying AJ was definitely leaving matchroom next? At least you said you did in that whole thread you made.

Yes, most likely. But if he stays - he's an idiot who wants to self-destruct.

Hearn's like that annoying guy at school who talks down all the girls you get, but talks up all the girls he gets. Incessant one-upmanship.

He's fan of the sport too, ****** to have a problem with anyone having opinion.
But he goes overboard with it, especially when he isn't going to get in the ring and fight these guys and the pressure he builds is on AJ.

There's having an opinion and there's being an attention seeking insufferable bellend.

He likes to talk about Canelo, and offers him as a potential fight to his fighters as if he's the one promoting him. I know this has been irritating to Golden Boy. Eddie Hearn reminds me of the sleazy car salesman in the movie Matilda.

If you would know the business you then wouldn't make the thread because it answers the logical reason why and its to make fights happen.

The PBC could learn from him .

He gets asked questions and answers them.

It’s not like he writes statements about fighters and emails them to the newspaper.

                    Yeah, pretty much.

Eddie does a classic juxtaposition style promotional campaign. I'm not sure he knows how to sell without comparisons.

He's not an idiot I wouldn't say, but, he is silly for a grown ass, incredibly rich, man
