Did the WBO actually order Crawford v. Kavaliauskas?

I remember Arum saying the WBO would likely order Kavaliauskas as the mandatory but that was months ago and I can't find any announcement of them ordering it. December 14th is less than 3 months away. The WBO should've announced the mandatory by now and given them 90 after the purse bid to host the fight .

Shakur Stevenson vs. Oscar Valdez was ordered Jul 24 with a purse bid set for Aug 2nd. Valdez vacated and the WBO called Stevenson vs. Joet Gonzalez & gave them 30 days to negotiate.

That December 14th card is coming together with Teo vs. Commey announced as the co-main. But the Kavaliauskas vs. Crawford fight has been rumored since July. And it's still a rumor as of now

So as it stands now Crawford not being held to a mandatory he can fight someone better than Kavaliauskas.

I made a thread about it already.

It was something Egis Klimas said at the Kovalev-Yarde press conference...

I don't remember seeing it being ordered, but I remember it being talked about a lot.

Its such a poor fight. Another year wasted for crawford.

Who else is he going to fight?
Spence is fighting Porter and is focused on Pac next.
Todd Duboef offered Danny Garcia the fight,
father and son turned it down.
              No PBC fighter is interested.
And you want him to cross the street?
              For what?

Ugas is a good fight. Better than what he's been fighting. Ugas is interested.
