Will Hearn be forever linked to Saudi Arabia the way King is linked to South Africa?

Don King caught a huge amount of negative publicity when he sent Greg Page to South Africa in 1984 to fight for the WBA heavyweight championship.

In fact, it might be the most infamous Don King scandal. His own fighters spoke out against him and he was forced to resign from Artists and Athletes Against Apartheid.

No one is forgetting about that one, even 35 years later.

Will Eddie Hearn face a similar fate for sending Ruiz-AJ 2 to Saudi Arabia? I’m curious to hear your thoughts.

Doubt it. I feel like AJ is feeling more of this SA stuff than Eddie is.

Besides this is Eddie. He coulda did a big fight in Germany during Hitler's reign & spun it well enough to keep the bottom of his shoe clean of sh^t.

Where was this energy when other fighters went to Saudi? Thats the thing that makes it hard to take anybody serious, cuz we know your not serious. If this was any other fighter besides AJ and any other promoter than Hearn there wouldnt be any of this and everybody knows it.

... technically, Greg Page fought Gerrie Coetzee in the (then independent) Republic of Bophuthatswana, not in South Africa...

            - -King did the right thing for once in his illicit career.

Big John and Weaver showed more moxie and better away wins than the ducking fat Lar who used to be skinny ever showed.

You repetitively aping the idiot script.
