Fark canelo is overrated around here lol.

No catchweight or rehydration clause and kovalev shows canelo why there are weight classes.

If Kovalev can’t take a punch then doesn’t that mean it wont be too impressive if Canelo ko’s him? Weight classes exist for a reason and no matter what happens props to Canelo for taking the risk if the fight goes through.

          Canelo is a middleweight

          lets not forget that fact

Kovalev has every advantage on paper... except style/skill

they think that they can beat Kovalev

          we will see

I hear the canelos bodypunch skills argument a lot here, but its not easy to get inside kovalevs range especially with that much height and reach difference.

People forget that canelo isnt a pressure fighter by nature. He lacks footspeed to easily close the distance and the ability to cut off the ring, thats why he had problems with laras movement.

Nevertheless, not sure if kovalev can fight a controlled fight for 12 rounds and he lacks spoiler tactics skills to shut down canelo if he makes the way into close range.

His punch resistance reminds me of Trinidad

Kov wasn't really KO'd by Ward though, the only legit KO loss of Kovalev's was a perfectly timed and executed one by Eleider Alvarez.

every body believing that Kov doesn't do well wid body shots might be banking on that a lil to much....if there is no rehydration clause it would make for a very interesting fight.

Gotta get through the fire to get to the body.

                    Both knocked out Sergey Kovalev.

Canelo Alvarez hits about 20 times harder than these two.

                    He’ll knock Kovalev out early.
You are bit dumb Kovalev may well be chinny but i am sure he can beat a pumped up Middleweight who is not a middleweight let alone light-heavyweight
