Go to b o x i n g talk's homepage and you can see free vids of him training.

Of course he could probably roll out of bed and ht the bags like this, but his body looks ready to go. Damnit I hope he wins this ****. Just go out with a win already and retire.

I'm only concerned about whether or not he really intends to quit. I mean, look at Evander Holyfield who just keeps going and going with no end in sight. Personally I was never a huge fan of RJJ but I always thought he was a nice guy and a tremendous athlete. I would hate to see him suffer from pugilistic dementia.

Roy, win this one and call it a career! You're already a shoo-in for the HOF; there's nothing left to prove.

yeah he looks good, but i wish i saw more intensity. that session seems to be going at a slightly relaxed pace.

i can't help but be alittle nervous for Roy looking at Ajamu's past victories by KO/TKO.. i'm rooting for him though

It's normal to tone down the intensity the last week of a training camp. I wouldn't read too much into that, although Roy DID say he's not looking forward to making weight.

Untouchable, try again. It works on and off.
