He needs to learn how to throw a double jab. His jab game was horrendous against ruiz, and also his footwork was very basic, id consider these to be more than just a little tweak.

The thing is, had AJ waited to see if Andy was really out on his feet, all of this would have been moot.

AJ made the mistake of rushing in and that's what got him tko'd. Not bad foot work or a lousy jab.

I take it you've watched the fight?? He didnt rush in and get knocked out he rushed in and got knocked down, huge difference. From then he tried to box his way out of trouble and keep ruiz off him using a double jab and footwork he was not rushing anywhere when he finally got knocked out a good few rounds later. Im glad i could clear that up foe you

What would be AJs fight night rating?

              I have him at 79
              YUP!,
He really doesnt need to do anything different other than stay on the outside and use his jab more, he needs to understand that the kind of punch he received can happen to anyone, but this time around he needs to focus the *************** up.

He can tweak whatever he thinks his issues are. Ruiz has already proven he can take his punch, has enough handspeed to counter him, can hurt him badly, AND he has better stamina.

Alot of this depends on if AJ really was in cardio shape before the fight. If he was and just cant stay with Ruiz pace hes got no room for improvement. If he wasnt, and he knows it, he has a good chance. Boxing with or without the lungs is a completely different experience.

He will try to box little more in 2nd fight. But he is not a natural boxer. Ruiz is a better boxer than most heavyweight because he has handspeed and he is not rushing...

cant wait until wilder knocks aj out

                      so delusional

or has yes men around him telling him this stuff

he doesn't recover once he is hit

                      he does not fight tall.

ruiz has a clearly better chin

and he got concussed vs ruiz, that is most likely gonna have a lasting effect on him
