RJJ's knockdown of Toney was more of him running into an off-balance Toney. It was technically a KD coz he tapped Toney on teh forehead but it was very light.

there was nothing solid about the punch Roy landed on Toney. He grazed him with a left hook, Toney bent over, and Roy pushed down on him, causing Toney to stagger back into the corner, never even going down really because the ropes kept him up
