He was never Top 1, but was Top 5 at SMW at the time.

What he WASNT was a retired JMW who hadn't fought in 2 years, was 3-3 in his last 6 fights when he did fight, and had a 2 week training camp. THAT was when Borat passed on Dervenchenko and Andrade who were both willing to fight on short notice

These days I like it better when Oscar does not utter a word. Admittedly he was a great fighter and a great PPV star, but he has lost all credibility, even when he is right.

I get the impression that Canelo does not suffer fools lightly, I think there is a good chance that Canelo will ditch him at first opportunity. It looks as though both Canelo and Ryan Garcia have one foot out of the door.
