Maruez was struggling to beat lightweights Juan Diaz and Michael Katsidis. Spence would break him down and destroy him. Marquez to me only gets entioned becuase he matched up well with Pacquaio. I still rank him behind Barrera and Morales. Neither would have been put down by Katsidis or lost to Chris Freaking John.

i think marquez loses this one.. hulkquez aint really beat anyone worth mentioning besides manny. marquez got manny's number and that's his claim to fame but if you really look at his resume, it's pretty weak if you take out pacquiao.
