Nah. The fights with canelo were closer than the fight with jacobs. Canelo never got dropped

I can almost guarantee that everyone here will tune in for this fight regardless of the intangibles. Chavez Jr weather we like it or not is an attraction, don't matter if we like him or not. and to complement Jacobs you need a strong MEXICAN opponent to sell more subscriptions.

Not sure Jr. is fast enough or active enough for 168. He's tall and seems to have a good power and a decent chin so why not 175 or even cruiser weight?

The only way Jr may die is if the fight is held below 170lb. Lol.

If the Chavez' have any pull left the fight will be at 172lb+, and held in Texas. Lol.

IBO or junior WBA belt that is my only idea.

That’s not his fighting weight. He would get killed at 175+. He only was a champion at 160 because he killed him self to make it. 175 are too natural for him to fight at that weight. Chavez is a lazy bum that needs to be active to stay in shape and in shape for him is 168. Maybe some catch weights at 170 but not full 175.

Because he got cracked at 172 by Fonfara of all people. You think he'd hang with the ****ers at 175 or cruiser?! Jr has been stuck in a ****ty position for awhile. 168 he's most likely drained, 175 he's just not good enough for the guys there.
