Does anyone care about the Roy Jones Jr fight coming up

When is it, this weekend? Next Weekend? Who cares. First off, I`ve always been a Roy fan. I`ve always defended him whenever anyone says he ducked this guy or that guy. He`s the greatest fighter of my generation, in my opinion. But come on. Prince whatever his ****in name is in Boise? ****in Boise? To me Roy is like a once great rock n roll band, who used to have platinum records and play stadiums, now playing clubs in front of 200 people. The worst thing is, Roy actually doesn`t even realize it. He thinks he`s still THE MAN. He hasn`t been THE MAN for a few years now.

What I find disturbing is the fact that if Roy Jones wins, regardless of his performance he's likely going to head straight into a superfight (or should I say "Superslaughter") against Joe Calzaghe. I would find it hard to watch seeing a great getting severely ****d and him being able to do nothing about it.

Not at all and wouldn't be surprised to see him KO'ed again. Can Prince Alabama take a punch?

I'll follow up on this fight but definetely wont pay for it. I think Roy will lose anyways. He's finished.

I think in reality Roy knows he is not the man anymore. He mostly talks about these days of where he 'has been'. He said if he beats Ajamu but doesn't look very good he will probably retire. If he is true to that then he won't necessarily fight Joe C. If he somehow dominates Ajamu you can bet he'll go after Joe C. though...
