For anyone who caught Andre Ward on JRE yesterday where he went in a lil on sh^tty commentators who don't appreciate all aspects of boxing like he said Joe does with MMA guys he had a nice lil flow about it worth checking out.
Ive been saying this sh^t forever. There are too many hacks making the sport of high level hit & not get hit boxing seem like a bad thing. The worst thing a boxing announcer can do is not perform his job & appreciate & sell the quality of what boxers are doing to the public. I mean ffs thats the mfing job. Having a hack announcer telling fans what they are watching sucks is like the guy who works at the flower store whos trying to sell a customer a stuffed animal for their sick relative at the store next door instead of f#cking flowers. These types of employees need to be fired for not selling what they took a job to sell.
And for some reason this is only done in boxing. Every other sport the guy was saying tennis sucks or golf sucks or w/e sport sucks wouldnt have a f#cking spot in the booth next week. Boxing needs to handle these types the same way. If you only appreciate one style of boxing or if you just hate one style of boxing then you arent the person for the job.
