Who said he was the king of low blows? I'm saying he cheated against Kovalev for the second time by hitting him in the balls with a combination. The crooked ref then stopped the fight. If any fighter did this, i'd call them out as well. Trying to justify Ward cheating like he did because some other fighters have done so is nothing but deflection because you don't have an argument. I started off as a fan of Carl but grew distant with some of his talking, the guy put me off. However, in this instance I have to say I fully agree with him, I know a lot of people are big fans of Ward but its hard to deny what Froch is saying when there is solid proof of it. I think there is no shame in losing to someone like Kovalev who is clearly an amazing fighter who Ward managed to stick around with, but you'd be lying to yourself If you really thought Ward won that first fight. The second fight was ruined by either shoddy/bias refereeing, we all saw the judges in the first fight magically see something completely different so its not outside the realms of possibility that a referee got paid off.

Ward fans should be angry though, you shouldn't want someone that you're a fan of winning by dodgy means.
